Netflix: Revamping, testing, and documenting CRM

Netflix emails, push notifications, and in-app alerts haven’t been updated in years. I was brought on as a UX Copywriter to spearhead a revamp. My role blended copywriting work (conceptual ideas, writing in an entertaining tone, headline/tagline creation) with content design principles (a/b testing, documenting new best practices, building tookits) to help cross-functional partners do a phased overhaul of our CRM programs.

As a Content Designer:

I created deliverables lists, templates, best practices, module guidance, and an establish content creation process to help our CRM processes become more consistent and efficient.

As a Copywriter:

I wrote CRM copy deliverables for iconic titles like Squid Game and evergreen content alerts that millions around the world receive. I also spearheaded multiple a/b tests to determine the right balance between an engaging tone with actionable product language.
